June 18, 2007: NS 64J has 4 units on the rear, NS 8808, NS 9716, NS 9308, and NS 5219, and two on the front, NS 9684 and NS 7646. I can explain this by... the 4 units on the rear is NS light engine movement 960, and they are not acting as distributive power, but they coupled onto the back of 64J minimize traffic through the construction zone, just goes to show that NS has great management. I heard NS 960 coupling to 64J on the scanner, dispatcher said pretend to be a caboose, you're along for the ride, and do not provide power. The first clip is him idling at CP West Laurel (there for 4 hours?) and the second is him passing through CP Laurel. Well that's all folks! My 10 videos from my Reading, PA tour, hope you enjoyed them all!
