I take Charlie for a walk through Old Westbury, NY while wearing a new pair of shoes.  I am wearing Keen Voyageur Ventilator shoes that I got on Amazon for around $110. I also show a Stanley Flask that I am carrying for water for myself and Charlie.  Its an 8 oz. flask that I got on sale in Eddie Bauer in Tanger Outlet Mall in Riverhead.  Then I show a desert ironwood stick that I got from a guy on eBay that sells desert ironwood canes.
I walk though portions of Old Westbury, which is an affluent community with some historical sites, like the "gold coast" estate of Phipps that was built in 1906 and is now called Old Westbury Gardens.  John Phipps at one point owned massive amounts of land in Nassau County, which the village of Old Westbury is within. This estate is now a historical landmark and is maintained by the Nassau County parks department as a not for profit organization.
Overall, the shoes did quite well and the flask held just enough water for this walk.  I would prefer more water, obviously, if it was quite a lot warmer than it was at the time of this video.
