The commander of U.S. and coalition forces in Iraq says he is accelerating the drawdown of American troops, with 4,000 more coming out ahead of schedule by the end of October. General Ray Odierno spoke to the House Armed Services Committee Wednesday. VOA's Al Pessin reports.
