The 18th Plenary of the Hong Kong/Guangdong Cooperation Joint Conference was held in Hong Kong Wednesday. The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region(HKSAR) delegation was led by Leung Chun-ying, the Chief Executive of Hong Kong, and the Guangdong delegation was led by Zhu Xiaodan, the Governor of Guangdong Province.
