A: You'll need to include the photocopies of the information page of your password, as well as the page with the stamp from your most recent entry into Canada. If you didn't enter Canada with a passport, you'll still need to provide a photocopy of the document you used to enter Canada. You'll also have to include a proof of acceptance, and a Quebec Acceptance Certificate, if you're studying in Quebec. A proof of means of support, as well as a proof of academic standing, should also be included.
