This is the test of Nexus 4 Thermal Throttling and it appears that Nexus 4 start of throttle the CPU within couple of minutes of time. It is not noticeable on majority of games but some games would run buttery smooth if this throttling does not occur. I do not have any tool to check that how much GPU is throttled but definitely the GPU is also throttled at the same time. The benchmark scores also suffer when CPU throttling is going on.
