All 9 Shining Pokemon cards from the Shining Legends set and SM Black Star Promos are ranked and reviewed in this video. Although Shining Pokemon are beautiful looking cards and highly collectible, this video is geared towards the competitive player, specifically the 2018 Standard Format. Of the 9 total Shining cards, half are excellent in the TCG, especially considering only 1 Prize card is taken when a Shining Pokemon is knocked out.
