In the video above, we take a look at the C-17 Globemaster transporter. Developed for the United States Air Force, the aircraft is used for the transportation of troops and military equipment and had its maiden flight on September 15, 1991. The Boeing-designed jet can carry up to 70-tonnes of cargo and is powered by four Pratt & Whitney F117-PW-100 turbo fan engines, the same model of engine used on the Boeing 757.
