0. The ' Pomodoro Timer ', which takes 10 minutes off and learns for 50 minutes every hour, is running 24 hours.
1. Focus with various ASMRs that suit your weather/situation!
2. End the study session with a “healing” ending song that is personally selected by me!  
3. Discuss your goals with and encourage others studying! It will be a great source of motivation for us all. 
4. In order to prevent excessive chatting, please wait a minimum of 5 minutes before making writing another comment. This is with the exception of lunch and evening break time where you may write as freely as you wish. I hope you understand these regulations as this is to ensure a conducive, pleasant study atmosphere. :)
5.  Write the following in the comment box at the start and end of your study session: !in !out !en !fuera
