March 3 (Bloomberg) -- California Representative Pete Stark will temporarily lead the U.S. House Ways and Means Committee during Chairman Charles Rangels leave of absence, said Representative Shelley Berkley, a Nevada Democrat. Bloomberg's Peter Cook reports.
