Ingredients
1.500 gm fish head
2.1/2 cup moong dal
3.1 large sized chopped onion
4.1 large sized chopped tomato
5.5 green chillies
6.2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
7.2 dry red chillies
8.1 cinnamon stick
9.6 green chillies
10.6 cloves
11.2 bay leaves
12.1 tsp cumin seeds
13.2 tsp turmeric powder
14.2 tsp cumin powder
15.1 tsp dry red chilli powder
16.Salt as required
17.1 tsp sugar(optional)
18.1/2 tsp garam masala powder
19.1 tsp clarified butter
20.Mustard oil for cooking
