President George Bush is marking the first annual "Day of Solidarity with the Cuban People" by calling for greater freedoms on the island and the release of the nation's political prisoners. Mr. Bush says the new president's reforms are not enough and he announced he would allow people in the United States to send cellular telephones to family in Cuba.
