Veteran Sam Bell has been paralyzed for more than 10 years.  He was injured by an I.E.D. in Iraq in 2003.   He spends his days now helping other veterans at the V.A. hospital in Tampa.  The Riverview resident said he enjoys giving back to his fellow vets.
