U.S. Envoy Says N. Korea May Rejoin Nuclear Talks

The U.S. envoy for North Korea, Stephen Bosworth, said Wednesday that officials in Pyongyang told him last week the communist state "would like" to return to the stalled six-party nuclear talks, but made no commitment to do so. The State Department confirmed that Bosworth gave North Korean officials a letter from President Barack Obama for North Korean leader Kim Jong Il.
