Kargil still awaits for air connectivity

| Excelsior News | The much hyped government announcement of providing air connectivity to Kargil under Udan" scheme has not take off. Kargil residents are still made to wait for dekota service provided by the Indian army, which is the only source of connectivity during winters when the are remain landlocked and cut off from rest of the country.
