I'm setting out to do a 30 day push ups challenge from home. No weights and you can do this challenge anywhere, especially from the comfort of your own home. I challenge you to go on this epic journey with me and do push ups every day for 30 days and we will see where we get to.  I have been overweight my whole life, and found myself at age 35 overweight and miserable. I started by just doing dome push ups in the comfort of my own home.  and that progressed to me eating better and then joining a gym and i lost about 30 pounds. With exercise and diet i have been able to keep the weight off.  I think the 30 day push ups challenge is awesome, because you don't need to have any equipment and you don't need to have a gym membership, you can do push ups anywhere at a park at the comfort of your own house. So join me and lets have some fun together. The challenge of 30 days can be individual to you. My challenge is that i go live every day for 30 days and do pushups. The challenge for you could be completely different and just the fact that you get some exercise for 30 straight days is a win. Just the fact that this week you did more then last week is a win win
