Last year I took first place in the Dip Contest with my fajita queso. This year I try at it again but change up the recipe a bit. The recipe is in the comments below. Let me know what you think

Recipe for Bill's Steak Fajita Queso

Ingredients
- One 32-ounce block processed cheese, such as Velveeta, cubed
- One 12-ounce package of fully cooked sliced seasoned beef fajitas
- 10 ounces of Dom’s Chop Salsa Grilled Mild
- 1 quart whole milk (for added moisture)
- Tortilla chips, for serving

Directions
In a slow cooker set to high, stir in the cheese with an ounce of milk. Cover and let cook for 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Add salsa and cover and let cook on high until melted for another 15 minutes stirring occasionally. Slice the larger pieces of fully cooked sliced seasoned beef fajitas to a more uniform size and add to the cooker. Add an additional 1-2 ounces of milk if necessary. Set slow cooker to low and cook for 20-25 minutes stirring occasionally.
