This week's questions: Q1, :08 - I have recently been diagnosed with carpel tunnel syndrome and plank pose, chaturanga, downward dog, etc cause a lot of pain. What can I do? Q2: Do you have any tips for drop backs? I get really nervous when doing them. Q3: I've been focusing on wild thing. I was wondering if you have any recommendations on the best ways in and out of the pose? Any prep poses? Q4: I am progressing well in arm balances, but dragonfly completely evades me.
