What are the eligibility requirements for NSNP Skilled Worker stream applicants?

Applicants for the Nova Scotia Nominee Program under the Skilled Worker stream need to be between 21 and 55 years old, and they need to have legal status in their country in residence. Applicants need to have an offer for full time permanent employment preferably in a NOC skill level 0, A or B occupation, although applicants with NOC skill level C or D occupations may be eligible if they worked for the supporting employer for at least six months, and if the conditions and requirements of the local labour market allow it. Applicants must have completed at least the equivalent of a Canadian high-school, and have the necessary education, training and qualifications for the job, as well as the adequate license and accreditation, or a plan to obtain them. Applicants with occupations in the NOC skill levels 0, A or B need to have English or French language proficiency of at least CLB / NCLC level 5, and CLB / NCLC level 4 if the applicants have occupations in the NOC skill levels C or D. Applicants need to have at least 12 months of work experience related to the job they're being offered, and they need to be able to demonstrate their genuine intentions to live in Nova Scotia. Applicants are also required to present proof of sufficient settlement funds, as per federal guidelines - $10,000 plus $2,000 for each dependent.
