doing some work in laval. and there is one thing i can say about this place. and that is, Holy shit these jackasses can't drive for shit. its not uncommon that people run stop signs, not take there turn at stops cut you off. back out without looking and nearly run you over. most agressive iv ever seen. and i can see why they do it. there is no enforment at all. in fact. the local police do the same! christ! learn to drive laval!
