I bring my ITAC Recurve to my backyard cookout and cut some food 'n stuff ;)
This ITAC Recurve was purchased at www.mastersmiths.com in NYC.
Knife designed by Rick Barrett and finished by Bob Crostley for ITAC.
Blade is differentially heat treated with clay to create the hamon, which is the hallmark of fine blade steels like Japanese Katana and other swords.  This knife is a fighter style blade.
