The Delhi Police on Tuesday submitted in court its chargesheet in the assault case of state chief secretary Anshu Prakash. The Patiala House Court has asked Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to be present in person, in court on October 25. The police in the chargesheet said, the Chief Minister, his deputy and 11 lawmakers were responsible for the attack on the bureaucrat.
