There is air condition which is lovely. And he set up a twin sink for us and even electric water heater. I mean he's so nice so thoughtful I can hang my cutting board and stuff like that. We just got the meat in now I just want to show you around you remember what this place looks like. There's Chuck Shad he's got lots and lots of catering things in there. We got extra tents set up for this wedding of 100 that were cooking for I just took some video for a little commercial for Ben and there's my camera. The eighty is rolling. Look at that smoke. Beautiful. All Hickory. I'll show you the meat inside. We got 3 full baskets that I separated the point in the flat. And then we've got eight bucks that I've cut in half scored glued and rubbed. We're broke and ready at 250 to 275. Wedding

[00:01:09] So that means we'll be done in 9 hours. And then of course I got it all cute here there's Chuck's other rig. And then of course I'm cooking on Chuck's rig their outdoor kitchen which is wonderful. Bring you over there and then they get their little firing over here and then there's Chuck's house. So there's her parents’ house and there's their house. It's wonderful that clubs like that. And there's a little firing. Beautiful stuff setting up all the tables. You remember this outdoor kitchen. Isn't it wonderful. Love it.

[00:01:41] They've got that music out here. Big bar. These are 16 inch tiles. So it's 32 inches across. That's quite a big bar. I'll take you around back. There's a fan. He's got a big grill here. Another grill here and another grill over there. You can make pancakes or more hamburgers here all day long. Two refrigerators and the car and music and everything. And how pretty new I will run out here. Well jerky. I don't have image stabilization on this camera. I'm bringing the tables out. I'm doing a video to send to everybody.
