Failed to do this on Artillery, else it would have been overpowered. 

WW's double ultimate should be utilizing the same concept. I suspect Inquis can use the Grand  Cross and Holy Burst (EX) without Consecration as well.

Best classes to abuse this would be: Wind Walker, Shooting Star, Saleana, Elestra (solo/dailies ONLY)
