I test the edge retention ability of the Shrimp that I got from Mark at Crawdaddy Forge, on YouTube under evcrawfish. The steel is a medium to high carbon steel that was salvaged from an old lawn mower blade and forged by Mark. Handle is Osage Orange root wood. Filmed on my iPhone 4s, edited in iMovie.
