The saying "too many cooks in the kitchen spoil the broth" is not the case all the time. Two chefs, one from Woodbury Kitchen and one from New York City, were in action Wednesday as part of a food movement called Joint Venture. Danny Newberg is a nomadic chef who takes his skills on the road, exploring different communities and their food. He’s been collaborating with the chef at Woodberry Kitchen to make unique, creative food using ingredients from local farmers.
