Albuquerque city councilors want to amend the city's cell phone law after a judge ruled it was okay to use your mobile device at a stop while driving. Councilors said the current law is open for interpretation and they want to re-word the law so it clearly states you have to pull over while driving to use your mobile device. No date has been set on when the law will be amended.
