Today I'm sharing a haul from Erin Condren, featuring my 2017 neutral planner and some notebooks and accessories I picked up! See below for an update on the customer service issue!

***UPDATE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE***
I messaged the Erin Condren folks (using the chat feature on their website) about the broken notebook. They asked me to send them pictures (which I did), and they offered me EITHER to send a new notebook OR to give me store credit for $29.95. The notebook was only $20 (plus $9.95 for shipping I assume?), so I decided to take the store credit. The notebook is still usable in its current state, and I could place another order using the store credit if I wanted it after all. Although the broken notebook is irritating, I was pleased with how they handled the customer service issue and feel like it was sufficiently addressed!!
