Each year we like to have a True Blood finale party. This year we're hosting a True Blood PREMIERE party featuring cocktails inspired by some of the best characters on the show. Find the recipes for both of these fabulous Bill and Sookie inspired cocktails below! I hope you enjoy but remember - as always - DRIVE SAFE!


COCKTAIL #1
Bill Compton's "Bloody Billith"

Ingredients:
Chocolate Syrup (colored with red food dye)
Strawberry Preserves
Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey

To make this drink first make sure your Chocolate and Strawberries are both warm. Add the Chocolate Syrup to a large shot glass and roll it around on the inside so that it coats the inside of the glass. Next add an shot (a good mouthful) of Fireball Cinnamon Whisky and a spoonful of Strawberry Preserves. Stir and shoot! It should be warm, thick, chunky and "bloody."


COCKTAIL #2
Sookie Stackhouse's "Fairy Fizzler"

Ingredients:
Hard Lemonade
Crème de Violette

Crème de Violette tastes very similar to violet candies... but with alcohol! This is a take on a champagne cocktail and if you like, you can substitude the Lemonade with your favorite Champagne :) All you do for this one is full a glass with your Hard Lemonade and then add a splash (as much as you'd like) of Crème de Violette. Your drink should turn a lovely purple shade! Enjoy! The combination of floral violet and lemon is clean and refreshing!
