Turning from Whalebone Junction heading to the Bonner Bridge & across took over an hour on Saturday, September 4, 2010 after HWY reopened to traffic....you should be able to tell by all the songs & different clips. Some people slept in the parking lot on the north side of bridge for the 7 am opening! Follow up to come as we travel HWY 12 to Rodanthe.
