A University of Maryland- Baltimore County student was arrested on child pornography charges after allegedly trying to solicit minors on Snapchat, according to the Frederick County Sheriff's Office. Jake Tyler Patterson, 21, of Adamstown, was arrested Friday on the UMBC campus on child pornography charges.
