The RGV Chapter of the National Federation of the Blind will be hosting a "White Cane Day", a national celebration which celebrates the independence and safety for people who are blind.

This event will be on October 27 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Mission REC Regulation Center.
