No Man's Sky Screen Restriction Bug (PC)

Inventory Screens for your Suit/Ship and Gun is completely restricted and locked when using a mouse and keyboard. Second you plug in an Xbox controller the screen all of a sudden becomes completely unlocked and are able to fully roam around along with the added feature of using the right-stick to rotated your ship,suit and multi-tool around. This is REALLY apparent when you are comparing multi-tools or ships to buy/found where half the icons are stretched on off the screen so you can't even see them. If there is a fix for this please leave it in the comments below, I have not found this bug report anywhere on reddit or in the many steam forums on this game.
