Ontario's first ever patient ombudsman has released her report on the complaints Ontarians have about the health care system, and how she has worked to resolve them. Former MPP Christine Elliott started receiving those concerns last summer, and nearly 2,000 complaints later, she tells Steve Paikin more about where the problems lie.
