The Warriors of Light challenge the third of the Four Fiends, Kraken, the Fiend of Water. I find Kraken to be the easiest of the Four Fiends because at this point in the game, if you know what to do, it's possible to skip ahead and grab some good equipment from the Mirage Tower/Floating Castle before fighting him. Kraken's major attack is his physical attack which does 8 hits and can do to 100-350 damage depending on your defense and if he lands a critical hit. He uses an attack called INK which is like DARK and can blind your whole party. If you have Protect Rings on everyone, it's rare that it will work on you but if it does, cast LAMP or FAST on your main melee character. Kraken is weak against LIT spells and has around 800hp.
