This month I'm attempting to unravel the mysteries of Thunderbolt 3 and USB 3.1 and what it means for the newly released Focusrite and Universal Audio Windows Thunderbolt drivers. There's also a bit on FL Studio Mobile 3, MODO Bass, Sandman Pro, Joué MIDI controller, Molten Modular, Surface Studio and the continuing illuminated keyboard shortcut keyboard wars. Focusrite note: Just to say that I have this a bit wrong with the Focusrite Clarett. They are saying that TB1 and TB2 are fine but TB3 can have some problems in some cases. I was given the opposite impression by Focusrite when I spoke to them last week, but hey ho.
