This talk was given at a local TEDx event, produced independently of the TED Conferences. Emotional Intelligence and a change in reality preception a way to succeed in life.

Xavier Vila is Andorran,his family came to the country to work in the commercial area of Pas de la Casa. 

Looking for a change, he went to Barcelona to take two higher degrees in business management and marketing and international trade. He's currently taking a bachelor's course in business administration at the University of Andorra, with innovative perspectives on how to view business.

En busca d’un canvi va anar a Barcelona a estudiar dos graus superiors en gestió comercial i màrqueting i comerç internacional. Actualment està estudiant a la Universitat d’Andorra bàtxelor en administració d’empreses, amb unes perspectives innovadores en la forma de veure els negocis.
