Guile SF2 background on screen and stage music as the ringtone. Now you've officially seen it all, and this meme has reached its logical conclusion. I WIN THE INTERNETS! Copyrights belong to Capcom, 1991. Music composed by Yoko Shimomura and Isao Abe. This particular version of the music is taken from the Super Nintendo Entertainment System version of Street Fighter 2: The World Warrior, copyright 1992 Capcom. This small clip is the stage music for the fighter "Guile" and was created using Cisco's Phone Designer software to create the short, 18-20 second clip and upload it to a Cisco 7945G IP Phone device to demonstrate its capabilities. What you hear is the 7945G device playing back the ringtone upon being called. The ringtone itself is relatively low bit-rate, but sounds surprisingly clear because the 7900 series of devices have fairly remarkable speakers.
