Increase Knitting - lifted Increase Left (LIL) VS Lifted Increase Right) (LIR) This video is made to answer a question from a knitter that send in to me. It will probably won't make any sense to you unless you read a question here; http://www.to-knit-knitting-stitches.com/not-enough-stitch-for-the-pattern.html This is a good opportunity for me to show how to knit lifted or raised increases. LIL is lifted increase that will give a left-slanted look and LIR is lifted increase that will give a right-slanted look. This video is made in response to a question regarding a pattern for baby blanket. Here, I'm knitting "Row1 (RS):K3 [LIL, k10,ssk,k2tog, k10, LIR, k2] 6 times, k1". Need help with your knitting? You can submit your knitting question to me at;http://www.to-knit-knitting-stitches.com/knitting-help.html
