Armored kill screwing me over

SO, this is more or a less a question to everyone who rents or is renting a server with all armored kill maps. AND now i have proof which i will get together and put up for everyone in a few days. The max players i set the server at, and the max players the server is actually telling people on the server browser are not the same...lovely
