Is it wise to listen to music while riding?

I recently had a change of mind when it comes to listening to music while riding.. I'll explain why.. Also I touch on the problems of "Party Rides", as well as DUI and "Distracted Driving" leading up to tragic accident involving Obdulia Sanchez while live streaming the whole ordeal..
