Peter Thiel is a founder of PayPal and Palantir, he is also the author of Zero to One and proponent of alternative education rather than the standard collegiate pursuit through his Thiel Fellowships. He has invested in many things including Seasteading which is aiming to create human civilization in the oceans near the coasts and Wild Earth which is making vegan pet food. As a supporter of Donald Trump, he has received major criticism from the Bay Area which he replied by calling Silicon Valley a monoculture and comparing it to North Korea. He is teaching about Nationalism vs Globalization at Stanford University in the spring of 2019. In this video we unpack the nuance of Peter Thiel's genius and contrarianism. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peter_Thiel ****** Simulation is rebirthing the public intellectual and inspiring YOU to build the future through our multidisciplinary daily show and live events series. ****** We are fan-funded thanks to the Patronage of people who find our content useful.
