www.codexalimentarius.org The Codex Trust Fund is a unique programme working with countries so they can better engage in international food standard setting . FAO and WHO are the driving forces behind these mentoring initiatives. FAO is supporting Ghana in contaminant monitoring and on how contaminant surveillance is planned and implemented. While Ghana was attending a Codex contaminants meeting in Utrecht, FAO and The Netherlands, arranged for the delegation to visit the Dutch office that oversees food safety.
