(21 Nov 2018) Acting U.S. Attorney General Matthew Whitaker announced today that the Department of Justice would be funding 56 million dollars so law enforcement agencies across the country can purchase more bullet proof vests and body cameras.
Whitaker made the announcement at an FBI facility in Manhattan. Reporters were not allowed to broadcast the event live and Whitaker left without answering any questions from the media.
