Cannabidiol (CBD) has become a popular and wide-spread treatment for a huge variety of health issues in humans and animals. For a long time it was controversial, but with recent legalization of CBD across the U.S., it's soon going to be easier to acquire CBD based treatments to be used as a natural alternative in veterinary field.

To learn more about the benefits and uses of CBD in dogs, I've spoken with Odessa Gunn from Odessa's Essential Health, a strong proponent of using this natural substance derived from the hemp plant. She has fostered over 200 animals, many of whom had health problems, and used a variety of natural treatments to help them.
