STMicroelectronics’ Parascan Tunable Integrated Capacitors are ideal for adaptive RF tuning applications. The STPTIC is based on Parascan™ dielectric, which is a version of BST. It has a 5:1 tuning ratio and the capacitance is controlled by a 1V - 24V bias voltage, which can be generated using the STHVDAC series high-voltage control IC.
