VVVVVV surprise launched this week from Nicalis, with the port costing 8 dollars, 9 euros or 7 pounds 39, with PS4 cross buy.

Launching in next week's store update in North America is previously EU exclusive game The Muppets: Movie Adventures, along with newly confirmed PS+ freebies Xeodrifter and Super Time Force Ultra. Rounding up the list is Nova-111, which was delayed a week.

The developer of Volgar the Viking has announced that the game is in development for Vita and PS4 this week, showing a development screenshot of the game...on 3DS. Nevertheless, it's still coming.

Siralim, a monster capturing RPG with retro RPG stylings, is coming to Vita, PS3 and PS4 at the end of the year according to developers Thylacine Studios. The game will be cross buy, have over 300 capturable creatures and egg hatching.

Nippon Ichi Software have announced a new Vita dungeon crawler known as Refrain. The game is due out in Winter for Japan and includes designs from Disgaea character designer Takehito Harada, and is directed by the director of The Witch and the Hundred Knight, Tatsuya Izumi.

Arc System Works have announced they're developing an updated version of ghost fighting tactics game Tokyo Twilight Ghost Hunters. Known in Japan as Mato Kurenai Yuugekitai: Daybreak Special Gigs, the new game offers a refined battle system and new story episodes. The game launches in Japan in November.

Farming Simulator 16 appears to be coming to Vita in Europe on the 24th of September and North America on the 29th. The new version contains the new mechanic of forestry, sheep feeding and sheep shearing, and the typical crop planting systems.

And finally this week, Earth Defense Force 2: Invaders from Planet Space is coming to Europe thanks to publisher PQube sometime in Q4 2015. That's it for this week.

I haven't gotten review code for VVVVVV and Pirate Warriors 3 so I'll be buying them as I write this and starting on them for videos over the next couple of days, then I'll basically be slamming good ol' Metal Gear Solid V so don't expect too much out of me.
