While the Base Commander and other invited guests were speaking, a lone Harrier was circling the air field behind the crowd.  He then came in for a flyby once everyone left and landed.  He then did a demo shortly afterwards, which is seen in a different video.

I apologize for the very short black or white blips in the video, as after all of this time, I have yet to figure out what causes it.
