Barbara, who is perhaps best known as the Design Director who launched CK-Calvin Klein, started a love/hate relationship with beach plastic seven years ago. Since then, her collections have incorporated beach plastic as a new weathered material that is not only forever but also glamorous. Her work has been featured by gallery Diet in Miami, Barneys NY, Vogue and a short documentary film called One Beach.
