In this video, Jason Wilcox interviews Dr. Mehrdad Barghian at the Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations (MMPR) conference in Toronto in September of 2014. Dr. Barghian is an informed and respected authority on treatments. The two discuss cannabis as both a treatment and a preventative medicine. Many of the good people Jason met while at the conference shared similar views in conflict with the government's position that maruihuana has no medical value and their policies of keeping doctors as gatekeepers to a medicine not listed in the pharmacopoeia books.
